If you haven’t already, download the app for Apple or Android to get started.
Option 1: Redeem in the Carry App
*Recommended for the fastest activation.
- Open the Carry: A Vault app.
- Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines).
- Select About Me.
- Tap Manage Subscription.
- Select Enter Promo Code. This will automatically open your App Store to finish.
Option 2: Apple App Store (iOS)
- Open the App Store app.
- Tap your Profile Picture at the top.
- Tap Redeem Gift Card or Code.
- Tap Enter Code Manually.
- Type in your unique code and tap Redeem.
Option 3: Google Play Store (Android)
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your Profile Icon at the top right.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Redeem code.
- Enter your unique code and tap Redeem.
Troubleshooting
- Invalid Code: Codes are case-sensitive. Watch for O (letter) vs. 0 (number).
- Already Redeemed: Codes are single-use. Once used, the license is tied to your Apple or Google account.
- Refresh: If the app doesn’t update immediately, close and restart the Carry app.
Important Notes
- Expiration: Your code must be redeemed within 12 months of issuance.
- Support: For help, contact your organization’s internal Carry administrator.
