Information You to Us
When you download, install, register with, subscribe to, purchase from, access, or use this App, we collect the following types of information, stored either on your device or on our secure backend servers as specified:
- User Content: Your core vaulted content (files, flags, tags, names, and notes) is encrypted and stored solely on your device. For files shared via Safer Share, an encrypted version of the file and its status are temporarily stored on Lifequipt’s secure backend servers for no more than 24 hours to facilitate one-time access, after which it is permanently deleted from our servers.
- User Profile: Information such as sign-in preferences, email sign-in token, and purchase information is stored on our secure backend servers.
- Anonymized Referral & Feedback Data: Information like ‘How you heard about us’ (a multi-select list) and ‘Tell us more’ (a free form note) is collected and stored on our secure backend servers in a manner that does not directly identify you as an individual user.
This collected data, excluding your primary on-device User Content (your vaulted documents and files), is collectively referred to as “stored information”.
- Information that you provide by filling in forms in the App. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the App, subscribing to or purchasing from our service, and sharing User Content. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with the App.
